Club Simplicity has decades of experience, even though we are a new company. Our directors and staff have over twenty years of expertise in the travel business, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and optimising occupancy rates for hotels and resorts in the US and Europe. We have managed inbound call centers for travel agencies, operated resorts and hotels, collaborated with travel accommodation wholesalers, sold resort apartments directly to customers and even handled legal matters to resolve disputes in the travel industry. Our extensive experience has allowed us to form strong collaborations and partnerships in all facets of the travel sector.
Our Mission
We believe that travellers want three things: first, a carefully curated selection of excellent accommodation options at affordable rates; second, an easy-to-use system that allows them to browse and explore these options at their own leisure; and third, and possibly most importantly, a friendly and informed person on the other end of the phone who can help them make decisions. Established in 1991 to address the growing demand for resort rentals, our wholesale supplier relies on financial stability and bulk purchasing power to deliver accommodation to some of the largest travel clubs, travel agencies, and incentive companies in the world specialising in providing reliable, quality holiday experiences across the U.S. and globally for over for over 25,000 people annually.
Travel Platforms
We are partered with one of the largest global travel loyalty platforms which provides us with the back-end technology and booking solutions used within our "Concierge" phone service for our members. Their platform features a wide range of travel inventory, including flights, hotels, cruises, and activities.
Home Resorts
We have established partnerships with resorts and hotels worldwide, known as 'Home Resorts'. Through exclusive contracts and long-standing relationships we are capable of offering our members complimentary accommodation at these destinations, additionally several of our sales offices are situated within these resorts.
